TaxVault – Lockup Your Receipts
Whether you’re running a business or tracking your personal expenses, it’s critical to keep your paper receipts. In the past, this meant hoarding piles of crumpled, stained, and torn slips of paper; oftentimes so faded you can’t decipher the important details when you need them. With TaxVault, you can use the camera on your iPhone to capture the image, and then easily submit it to your preselected accountant. Date stamped images that clearly show all of the important information from the paper receipt (name of the business, amount of the expense, etc) are acceptable as proof of expenses for the IRS, and a professional accountant is able to deduct these expenses against your personal or business taxes.
