Application Description
Tawkers is a free messaging platform where people are having public instant message conversations called Tawks. How does it work? Two people message back and forth on a subject of their choosing, creating a conversation that is publicly viewable. These "Tawks" include comment sections where other users enter questions and comments.
Each of the two hosts has the ability to "spotlight" an audience comment, which pulls it into their chat where they can respond directly. These public conversations remain available at a permanent URL, where anyone- hosts OR audience members- can revisit to read and make comments.
