Application Description
Take the guesswork out of choosing interior paint colors. Have TapPainter, will excite!
TapPainter assists in visualizing interior spaces in new colors. It is designed to allow selection of a surface in an image - wall, ceiling, door, etc. - to repaint it with respect to its natural lighting conditions and with no artificial rendering necessary. The app also allows: easy comparison of images, select a preferred color, get the paint code for it and be ready to start the in-room painting project.
We are continually improving image analysis with frequent updates to refine accuracy of color representation in a repainted image, to update features as needed and to add more paint brands.
Please check back regularly. Image processing improvements and additional paint brands will be automatically updated with no need for the consumer to (re)download the app.
The app is designed to:
- identify the walls and lighting conditions on an image of interior space
- compare a room image repainted in different colors with just a swipe of a finger
- provide a similar experience shuffling through color swatches on your mobile device as with a physical paint color fan deck
- collaborate on selected colors in processed images by sharing them via email or Facebook
- choose paint color and enter its code directly into the app for use on the image
- explore many colors using our color rings of hue, saturation and lightness to create your preferred color and convert it to a closest match of available paint codes
- for those who need extensive and frequent use of paint color codes, provide an “Unlimited” option allowing paint codes be visible on all color swatches viewed, not just those selected for image
