This App results from working with people for over 26 years initially as a teacher in a socially disadvantage school, to the school counsellor, in the welfare system in adolescent care, a Salvation Army refuge, and a homeless youth service for young people aged 12 – 25 and finally as a Naturopath specialising in emotional well-being. I have seen the power of EFT to heal some of the most painful experiences. But the best way to find out how EFT works is to use it yourself.
