Application Description
To perform some form of daily exercise instead of none at all, have a major impact on health.
The problem is often motivation or lack of a trigging signal.
Do You need that little extra push to perform some basic physical training?
If Yes, then this App can really help You.

NOTE: This LITE version has the same functionality as the FULL version, except:
. Data is stored only for the current day, so the walk schedule is reset every day.
. Map information is only available for the current day.
. A small advertisement is displayed.
This LITE version is good for testing the localization reception signal in Your area before aquiring the full version.

Let us introduce You to Bobby, Your little personal trainer that will make his best to make You start taking a daily walk.
If You one day happen to forget it, Bobby will notify You with an encouraging message and he will also place a red number on the App Icon.
You will be reminded with a message only once a day at a configurable time.
You will be reminded even if the App isn't running!
YOU HAVE TO TAKE A DAILY WALK TO AVOID THE REMINDER MESSAGES AND THE IRRITATING RED NUMBER ON THE APP ICON.
By default the initial goal for You is to walk 1 km per day.
(NOTE: Unit in either US miles or km is configurable)
If You fulfill this goal, You earn a Gold Star.
If You walk 2 km, You earn a second Gold Star and You are one day ahead of schedule and You can skip the next days walk.
Transportations above a certain speed is not allowed, so it is not possible to record a car trip to earn the Gold Star.
If You rather prefer jogging or cycling, just change the daily distance and You are on.
. Friendly and easy to use user interface.
. Daily distance and start day is configurable
among other details.
. Weekly calendar where information of each daily
exercise is displayed.
. Excused absence can be set.
. The daily walking paths can be viewed on a map.
. The speed and altitudes are plotted in a graph.
. The app is running in the background so You
can listen to music, talk in the phone etc
during the walk.
. The distance unit is either km or US miles.
. Monday or Sunday first day or week.
. The App uses the iPhone positioning functionality
which consume more battery power than normal.
You will be notified if You forget to press the
stop button.
. No data is transferred outside the iPhone in this
version
