Application Description
Access your TaHomA system from your iPad anytime, anywhere, with Somfy’s TaHomA App. Somfy, the world leader in window covering motorization, innovates with TaHomA – a total home automation solution for control of Somfy-powered motorized products, lighting, and thermostats. With this app, you can take home control on the go.
- Make adjustments to your Somfy-powered motorized products (shades, blinds, draperies, awnings, rolling shutters, projection screens) lights, and thermostats
- Create Scenes to set the mood
- Create Schedules to activate Scenes automatically

The TaHomA app is divided into three sections (LiveView dashboard, Scene Configurator, and Schedule Configurator), each accessible via the menu bar at the bottom of the screen. The LiveView dashboard allows you to access all devices (Somfy-powered motorized products, lights, and thermostats) in your TaHomA system as well as all the Scenes that have been created. To activate a device from the LiveView Dashboard, simply click the room that it’s in and then click on the device’s icon to bring up its control window. Use the buttons and sliders to bring the device to your desired level.
The Scene Configurator allows you to make changes to Scenes that already exist or create brand new Scenes.
The Schedule Configurator allows you to manage existing Schedules or create new ones. With Schedules, you can set existing Scenes to activate automatically based on time of day, day of the week, range of dates, or even sunrise and sunset times for your exact location.
