Tags is a real-time social networking app that allows you to create a mobile network of friends using your location on the map as a focal point. Tags brings social media to the real world.

Find and make new friends and browse the 'People' tab to seek out other Tags users. Tags is a great way to meet new people and track the location of your friends when you're out on the town. You'll be able to see other users in your area, review their profiles, 'tag' them and view a gallery of their 'Pics-of-the-night' (a rotating gallery of profile pictures).

You can see your friends on the map in the form of a green map icon and see other users as blue or pink map icons (blue for males, pink for females). Select a map icon to view the user's name/alias, an image and their current "mood." You can change your mood setting any time by selecting the text field in the header bar on the main map page.

Tags also has some privacy features built-in. You can control who can see your location on the map (friends, males, females) or you can turn your location information off completely. You'll get push notifications if your friends change their picture or if they are in your general area.

Tags is free and designed to help you expand your social circle without sitting behind a computer. Enjoy!

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
