Tag It is an app that enables the user to overlay objects, speech and effects over a photo or screen shot, to comment, point, underline, circle etc for documents, directions over a map or just for fun. Take photos directly from the app itself and edit as you please or choose from your Camera Roll. Adding arrows to maps can help highlight places of interest.
