This app is great for those people that need to present to small groups or share information with a team. Using Tab Share Presenter a user can open a PDF file on their iPad and then securely share it with other iPad users in the room that have TabShare Presenter or the free TabShare Viewer.

The iPads don’t need to be connected to s common network, they will find each other using AdHoc networking. The person sharing the PDF can protect the session with a PIN, using the inbuilt WiFi and Bluetooth networks sharing a document has never been easier. No longer will you need a projector and clumsy cables and adaptors, simple start up the app, choose your document, click share and enter a PIN.

As you scroll through the document the same page and position is shown on the screens of the others who have joined the sessions as viewers. At the end of the session the file on the devices viewing the presentation is removed, protecting your IP and allowing you to send this to them with any other details.

Files to be shared can be stored locally, on Dropbox, WebDav or even launched from email on the iPad. Simple and straightforward.
