What is Tabata?
Originally developed for olympic athletes, Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training created by Professor Izumi Tabata. You perform the same exercise for eight sets. Each set is 20 seconds long, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Do as many reps as possible for each set. One Tabata takes 4 minutes. After a full Tabata, rest for one minute and then do a Tabata with a different exercise.

You could do 6 Tabatas, each with a different exercise, and have a full body workout routine that only takes 30 minutes!
