TaTeDrez is a strategy board game for 2 players. The game combines the board size and objective from the classic Tic-Tac-Toe game; and the pieces from another classic board game, the chess.
Each player gets 3 pieces: a rook, a bishop and a knight. The first three turns of each player consist on placing each of the pieces in the 3 by 3 chessboard.
Once all of the pieces are placed, each turn consists on moving the pieces around the board as they normally would on a chessboard.
Similar to Tic-Tac-Toe, the aim of the game is to place your 3 pieces in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal row to win.
Similar to chess, the player with white pieces begins the game by placing any of the pieces in the board.
Different from chess, the pieces cannot be captured.

Possible settings in this app
- You can decide whether to be whites or blacks.
- When a player is blocked (because that player cannot move any piece), you can decide whether the game ends with a draw or the player that is blocked loses the game.
- You can put a time limit per movement. If the time runs up before the player takes the turn, that player loses the game.
