Having won bowl games to end three of the past four seasons, Syracuse Football is gaining momentum. The Syracuse Football iPad application is designed to highlight this momentum and even build upon it. Fans, alumni, students, and prospective athletes can use this application as a way to gain an inside view of the program and how it is being run by Coach Shafer.

From Jim Brown, Ernie Davis, and Floyd Little to Chandler Jones and Justin Pugh - this app shows Syracuse Football greats and their marks on college and professional football. Syracuse is the only BCS football program in New York - the Orange are called New York's College Team. Since New York is the entertainment and media capital of the world, it makes perfect sense to showcase Syracuse Football in a unique, technical, and media-rich way.

Each topic is presented as a group of screens that can be explored. The application also contains never-before-seen videos highlighting the program on and off the field. The application also:

· -Explains the mission of the Syracuse Football Program.
· -Shows The Orange's unique training camp activities.
· -Introduces the entire coaching staff, highlighting their accomplishments.
· -Overviews the outstanding academic side to Syracuse University.
· -Provides views of facilities that have just been renovated or are planned for the coming year.

A social media center is provided as a single place where users can go to see all social media content released by Syracuse Football, its coaches, and other staff members.
