SymbolSupport Viewer is a free app that lets you receive, store, print, and read documents created in the SymbolSupport full version app. SymbolSupport documents have symbols above or below words to help struggling readers access important information like class assignments and step-by-step instructions.

The Viewer can receive documents wirelessly or via email from the full version of SymbolSupport. The Viewer displays stored documents with a thumbnail image on the main menu page - simply press the thumbnail and the document opens.

SymbolSupport Viewer takes full advantage of the iOS Speak Selection Accessibility option. All the words in a document are automatically preselected to be read. Simply activate this Accessibility feature on your device, open the document, and touch the screen anywhere. Tap the Speak icon, and the text will be read aloud with a high quality text-to-speech voice and highlighted word by word.
