Switchgrid is a puzzle-based game that challenges the player to complete a sequence or image on a 4x4 grid of squares. The game is absorbing and deceptively difficult. The squares switch position by rotating around the grid junctions and this is what makes the game interesting and challenging to complete. The difficulty of each puzzle increases as more and more squares are put into place. With only a few squares left to put into position the game becomes very difficult indeed. Some puzzles have a symmetry that allows for multiple solutions… this adds another interesting aspect to the game.

The graphics and sounds create an absorbing interactive experience that is surprisingly relaxing and unquestionably addictive. The game includes eight separate puzzles, each with its own set off challenges, depending on the sequence, symmetry or structure of the image to be completed.

Switchgrid is intended to create a pleasant time-out from daily life. It is not about beating the clock but rather about enjoying the rich interactive experience.
