As Autotask users ourselves, we wanted to build an app that could provide an awesome experience when using the system directly on your iPhone.
With that in mind, we made sure the most simple tasks are included, like the ability to view all of your tickets, queues, accounts and clients, both quickly and simply. You can even create tickets, time entries and notes directly from your iPhone, giving you freedom to update your tasks from anywhere.
It's simply the best way to use Autotask on your iPhone. There's no monthly fee, just a simple one off payment, which will even entitle you to all future updates.
What's more, you don't even need the Autotask LiveMobile subscription either!
Although we think we've covered most of the processes, we know users all work differently and with that in mind we're completely committed to improving Swift to make the experience the best it can be, and that means we want to hear from you.
