Getting your sushi rice right is a crucial element in successful sushi making at home. The proper preparation is so important that in most quality restaurants in Japan there are chefs whose sole responsibility is to cook the rice!
Find out which rice to use, the correct proportions, no matter how many servings, and the right steps, either if you use a rice cooker or a sauce pan.
I created this app for my own use, as I always forget the exact proportions when making sushi at home.
However, after the 2011 Earthquake and Tsunami, I decided to make it available at the AppStore and send all proceeds to the Japanese Red Cross.
