Superior Glove Survey - An application that allows Superior Glove team members to perform online or offline survey on gloves usage and distribution. Passing through 4 different section, it allows you to go deep down to level of department and add different tasks performed by actual glove users. It helps you to understand usage pattern of the gloves and suggest right type to the clients.

Each submission sends a nicely crafted email to your email address. There is a provision to send emails to your seniors, peers or team members too.

Application works in offline mode too. That means even if network is unavailable, you'll be able to perform surveys and collect valuable data of your clients. Once run in on-line mode, application automatically sends all emails queued up in offline mode.
