Video data from the SUBWAY stores can be viewed instantly at any remote location. Data coming from the POS can also be monitored to keep the daily pulse on the operation of the store. Replay of recorded video is also one of the unique features provided by this mobile app.

The Dashboard provides with key performance indicators, including sales data, hours worked, productivity and alerts, which can be viewed for the entire operation or for individual SUBWAY stores. Stores can be viewed on the map, and analyzed against other geolocation data for decision making.

Live video can be observed right at your phone, for all cameras installed in the stores that have the SUBWAY SURVEILLANCE solution installed. Recorded Video can be seen also for each camera at any date and time. Suspicious transactions, as defined in the SUBWAY SURVEILLANCE solution, are highlighted for review, and can be filtered by date and by store.

Reports are accessible through your mobile phone. These include Sales details per store and for the complete operation, Productivity & Employee Time Management per employee in each store, as well as the Standard POS reports, and a detailed report on discounts applied. Loss prevention alerts can also be reported per store and per employee, to aid in finding suspicious behavior for further investigation.
