The SubCulture.FM app allows travelers to identify their favorite subway musicians performing in the NYC subway area. When the QR code has been scanned the information is stored locally. When the user gets out of the subway users can get the low down on their previously scanned music artists, including descriptions and music samples. They can share the music with their friends, as well as the browse and listen to other subway artist via subculture.fm radio.
