A fast reference of 120 commonly prescribed medications with quick summaries of each (class, mechanism of action, unique attributes) - ideal for revision, ward rounds, group learning and more!

***
Pharmacology is a difficult subject to know where to start learning. There are thousands of drugs with many variations and unique features. This app is a reference of 120 commonly prescribed medications (based on the British Pharmacological Society’s recommendations), with a quick one-page summary for each. It intended to be an instant-access springboard to further learning; the kind of response you would be expected to give when quizzed on a ward round.

It’s fast, focused, and designed to give you immediate and instant access to the quick detail that you were looking for, or as a memory aid for revision. It’s also ideal for students of nursing, clinical sciences, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, and other allied health professions.

This app is primarily a learning tool, and not intended for clinical decision-making. While all the information was drawn from evidence-based sources, all clinical decisions should be based on approved texts, such as the British National Formulary. Any information stated in this app should defer to a more up-to-date resource where differing detail exists. EU generic names have been used instead of trade names.

Updates and further features coming soon!
