Application Description
Stress & Wellness Assessment based on Heart Rate Variability analysis during two different protocols. First protocol compares analysis during Normal Breathing with that during Deep Breathing to find out the most possible levels of Adrenals and Wellness as well as its capacity. Second protocol required laying-to-standing test and its target to see current Stress and Wellness levels. For some cases there is additional possibility to see over adrenals activation during stand-up and sometimes individual psycho-emotional markers such as introversion.
