The Stakeholder Tracker app allows you to keep track of the people you interact with on projects or people you do business with and stay on top of all agreed actions.

By tracking all relevant details of the interactions you have with others, you will be able to make more efficient use of your time.

This app helps you manage projects, people and actions at work. Send quick lists of agreed actions to people on the fly or send your completed list to your boss! Track which meetings actions originated from and who is responsible and when.

Examples of what you can track with the Stakeholder Tracker:

• Everyone you’re dealing with on a regular basis, including their contact details
• The nature of your relationship with those people and the degree to which they are
supporting you
• Planned interactions with your stakeholders, including phone calls, one on ones,
workshops etc.
• The outcomes of those interactions, including to-do’s/action items, with due dates

How is this app different from the many to-do apps out there?

Most to-do apps (at least the ones we’ve seen), do a great job of managing your tasks. But they don’t allow you to link these tasks to specific projects, stakeholders or types of interactions. In other words, the tasks stand by themselves.
