Spirit Massages focuses on the client's needs, whether acute or chronic in nature and discuss ways massage can compliment other treatments or exercise in which they may participate.

We specialize in Swedish/deep-tissue and integrate accupressure, yoga-style stretching, steaming hot towels, soothing music and other techniques to invoke a sense of calm in a nuturing environment.
