When you apply for a new position using the Speedrecruiters concept, we only evaluate you on your factual qualifications, your overall competences and your general experience. In other words no selection on gender, age, skin color, type errors and other issues, elements that often causes rejections of candidates despite that the candidate holds very high skills and top qualifications.

We have eliminated a time consuming written application. We use our own Racetrack-system. Welcome onboard.
RaceTrack™ - 3 phases:
• Phase 1 is the Test-drive. The phase where we evaluate your qualifications and competences through an analysis of answers given in respect to the job applied for. Thus, at this stage, you do not have to produce a detailed CV and supporting documents. Phase 1 is easy to access. WE only ask you to answer a set of relevant questions. So instead of spending hours on your written application, you only spend minutes to apply for a given vacancy. Try now. Find the relevant vacancy and press the GO button and you are in process.
• Phase 2 is Qualifying. At this stage only a few chosen are still in the run. Typically the candidates representing the overall best match to the preset jobspec’s. If you are picked for this Phase you will be asked to fill in a personal test from Thomas International and you will be asked to upload your latest CV. Finally we invite you for a meeting at our location, your change to spice up your efforts to get the job.
• Phase 3 is the Final lap. Only the best will be introduced to our client. We have picked you and now its up to you to prove yourself worthy to a new job. Go for it….
