How it works:
Record your talk using the Speaker Replay app. (80 min. maximum)
Upload audio direct from our iPhone App to our server.
You set your own price for your recorded audio and collect physical payment from your audience using your existing point of sale system, cash, check, charge, etc.
Enter your customer’s email address on the distribute codes view and they will be sent an email link with an access code to listen to the audio file.
Our basic account and your first 3 access codes are FREE. Speaker Replay charges as little as 99¢ to prepay for additional access codes.*

Back story:
My Dad is a public speaker and he sets up a merchandise table at the back of the auditorium where he is speaking. He sells his books and audio CDs or recordings from months or years ago. His audiences were constantly asking for a recording of his talk, and frankly, CDs from similar events in the past were not always what they wanted. Especially if they wished to share what they heard with a friend or family member that was not present.

When he started beta testing our technology nearly a year ago he chose to sell access codes to his recordings for $5.00 each. So after the low cost of our service he was making an extra $50-$500 at each event and there was no more cost and waiting for CD duplication and mailing.

Notes:
Your audio quality will be greatly improved if you use an external microphone.

Murphy’s law still applies to the iPhone so if you are expecting to generate income from your recordings its best to have a backup recording just in case your microphone is rubbing against your collar or your battery dies.
