Soothe My Baby tries to do just what the name says by playing soothing sounds to calm your baby. It can be started manually by you or set to automatically start by listening for any noise that your baby makes.

Soothe My Baby is based on the premise that babies actually like noise and aren't adverse to it like some people believe. Have you ever seen a baby sleeping in a moving car, at a noisy shopping mall or when the vacuum cleaner is on? This is because a baby grows in a noisy environment i.e. inside their Mother's womb. There is constant noise inside their Mum, there is her breathing, stomach noises and the babies favourite, Mum's heartbeat.

Soothe My Baby comes with several built-in sounds to try to soothe and calm your bub, for example there is the sound of rain, a vacuum cleaner, a fish tank bubbling and heartbeat noises. There is even three spots, with more to come, for you to record your own sounds. Just use our built-in recorder to record your own voice via your device's built in microphone. You can then use your voice in Soothe My Baby to try to settle your little one. It's all very easy to do!

Soothe My Baby will play the sound that you select for an amount of time that you set. You can also turn on the sound monitor, which will listen for any noise in the room, and when it detects a sound that reaches a threshold that you have set it will start playing. It will play the sound for the amount of time that you have chosen and will then monitor your baby again. It is super easy to use!
