Application Description
TC converter is a tool for vfx technician people, and for anyone working on compositing, ads, or on motion graphics. This application allows you to convert an SMPTE time code into a frame number at a selected timebase, in both ways.
If you need an option that doesn't exist in the application, share it with us, and we will do anything we can to add it into the application.
