Application Description
The smartest time management app for productivity.
"Smart Pomodoro" will help you become focused and productive again. Break down large tasks into manageable
chunks and work on them separately. Then take small breaks.
This app implements the Pomodoro Technique® .
The goal is to divide your tasks into smaller components (e.g. 25-minute units) called work units and to work through them without interruption. After each step, there is a short break.
The result is that your focus is channeled into individual tasks and that your mental resiliency constantly improves.
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:
1. Create a task and break it down into work units
2. Start the timer for 25 minutes and work on that task without interruptions
3. When time is up, take a break for 5 minutes
4. Start the next work unit by restarting the timer, etc.
After every fourth work unit, you take a longer break.
