This innovative App – SmartCare Doctor, Hospital and Pharmacy Locator – will help members quickly and easily locate any doctor or facility, including urgent care facilities, in the SmartCare Network from their iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. The App leverages your location to help you find a doctor that is close by, giving you real-time information at your fingertips.
The App is free and easy to use. Here's what you can access:
SmartCare Provider Hospitals and Facilities: Easily find addresses, maps, estimated drive times and phone numbers for Smart Care Provider hospitals and facilities.
SmartCare Provider Physicians: Obtain addresses, maps and phone numbers for primary care or specialist physicians.
SmartCare Urgent Care Facilities: Instead of a long wait and expensive bill at the emergency room, find the closest urgent care center.
The App is extremely easy to use. NOTE: Rates from your wireless service provider do apply.
