No blood/breath alcohol calculator is 100% accurate. The best that can be done is a rough estimation of your BAC level. The Slurp'n'Burp Sipometer calculates your blood alcohol level sip-by-sip in real time.
When you attach your iPhone or iPod to a beverage container, Slurp'n'Burp uses the device's accelerometer to detect when you take a sip. After each sip, Slurp'n'Burp calculates your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) based on the the values you have entered for your weight, your gender, the alcohol content of the beverage and the size of the glass.
You can also enter your sips manually without attaching your device to your glass, or you can calculate your BAC drink-by-drink like other blood alcohol calculators do.
Slurp'n'Burp draws a graph of your calculated blood alcohol concentration in real time and depending on your level of inebriation, makes helpful comments such as "Impaired peripheral vision" or "You're probably not as funny as you think."
Each time you take a sip, Slurp'n'Burp emits a contented sigh and when you finish your drink emits a burp. If you sip for an extended time, it begins chanting, "Chug! Chug! Chug!" (The sound effects can be disabled.)
Settings are provided for the drink size, the alcohol percentage, your weight, and your gender.
