SLA Time app can be used to identify the specific dowtime allowed by an SLA agreement. It will take a percent as input and derive the exact ammount of time permitted as a downtime of the service within a day, a week, a month and an year.
The purpose of the app is to have a quick, free way of determining SLA downtime without going into an excel or calculator to do the math yourself.
The app can be quietly used in a meeting while negociating the SLA terms and can project quickly what a certain percent of downtime can cost in a running service.
