Take a tour of your new home - in 3D
What does your new apartment looke like? Which floor has available ones? What would be the best spot for a sofa. The iPad app developed by Skanska helps you perceive a new home in real 3D.
The iPad app let's you truly explore the homes as it enables you to move inside the spaces almost freely and choose from different viewpoints. You can make interior design choices yourself and try out where to place the sofa or bookshelf would be in your new home. You can try out different surface materials like floors, handles and tiles.
First project in the app is Espoon Emilia located in the center of Leppävaara in Espoo.
In this application the presented data are indicative and not binding. The final implementation might differ significantly from information presented in this application. Constructor reserves the possibility to change the information and drawings in this application. The buyer needs to refer to the sales documents and confirmed plans when signing the sales contract. This information is based on the situation in May 2012. A brochure according to regulations for given information on marketing of apartments No. 130/2001 can be seen at the apartment exhibition.
When the application is in offline mode the apartment price list and reservation status do not update.
