Application Description
Silverline Mobile brings the smartphone revolution to seniors with specially designed apps for secondhand iPhones.
Our applications fully utilize a smartphone’s advanced functionality in combination with a very user-friendly experience, cheerful designs, high contrast colors and large buttons.
Care Pack also works great on iPads except for the Voice Call and Emergency Call functions.
FEATURES:
This updated version implements the following functions:
- CONTACTS presents the contact list in a user-friendly and visual format. Using pictures of the contacts or avatars along with their name, provides simple navigation to the visually impaired. Contacts also enables one click VoIP Calls using Skype or FaceTime.
- WELL-BEING keeps tabs of how much water you drink, your mood and your exercise routine on a daily basis.
- LEARN features lots of quotes, photographs and video clips to keep you informed and entertained.
- Large CLOCK & DATE including lunar calendar always visible in the Care Pack Home screen.
- ALARM provides an easy to set and use alarm function.
- MEDICATION provides 2 daily easy to set and use reminders for taking your medication
- LOCATION provides the current location in a user-friendly and visual format using GPS, Wi-FI and network to determine the location. The location can also be viewed in Maps with just a click.
- Simple icons for EMERGENCY assistance are just a tap away. Numbers are automatically updated for each country so they will work even if you are traveling abroad. The emergency function also includes easy to set owner information and two next-of-kin (relatives) shortcuts.
- CAMERA a basic and easy to use camera function to encourage document your daily life and share with people you care about
- Accessibility via VoiceOver in combination with tactile feedback makes the app easy to use even if you are blind or have a low vision. A dedicated help button has also been added to the Home screen.
