Application Description
Signal Gen is useful for any application where you need a quick and accurate audio source.
Originally designed for testing PA/Speakers but just as useful for testing the limit of your hearing, seeing how low your subwoofer can go or even annoying your friends.
Features:
Variable Oscillator
- 4 Waveform types, Sine, Triangle, Square and Sawtooth.
- Display of Frequency (Hz) and Pitch (Note and Octave).
Programmable Frequency Sweep
- Start and end on any value between 20Hz to 20,000Hz
- Adjust the length of the sweep between 0.5 and 30 seconds.
Noise Generation
- Pink, White and Brown Noise generation.
- Continuous or Burst Noise.
Toolkit
- Left / Right channel test.
- Reed's Phaser*
*The iPhone doesn't yet have the necessary light amplifying technology to support actual bodily harm, but as soon as it does, we'll support it.
