Sign In is an electronic visitor registry. Simply have your iPad at the reception, and let each visitor use Sign In to record their visit. Replace hard-to-read hand-written log books.
Easy to set up, even easier to use.
Simple, graphic interfaces – tap on screen to navigate and have each visitor enter information.
Protect Privacy:
Having visitor information for everyone to see may be troublesome. With Sign In, visitor’s only see their own information.
On-Premises:
In the Case of an emergency, print an “On-premises” report – showing all visitors in the building.
Customize:
•Your sign in screen message.
•The information you collect for each visitor.
•Play a slideshow, or display your own product photos / logo.
•Search your visitor’s database, by date, by visitor, by any field.
•Print or email reports instantly
Badges:
Use your own pre-numbered, or print / email a personalized badge for each visitor
Security or Guided Escorts:
Pick up and drop off confirmation for each visitor requiring a security or guided escort within your premises.
Visitor Agreement:
Upon sign in, a popup screen presents your access-to-premises agreement. Typically these are Liability Waivers, however, this feature let’s you enter any custom agreement. Each visitor will need to tap “I Accept” in order to be granted access.
COST: AUTO-RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTION
First time users will be offered a 30-day subscription for $0.99, which offers all the features the app has to offer. When it expires, users have the option to purchase an auto-renewing monthly subscription of $99.99 to continue using SIGN IN.
Unsubscribed users would still be able to use some of the features but the ability to ‘Sign In’ and ‘Sign Out’ would be disabled, rendering the software non-functional.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period .
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal - Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period . Any unused portion of a 30-day subscription will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication
