本软件是基于iOS平台的iPad控制客户端，用于辅助showtime节目播放显示。showtime是sobey公司一款多媒体播放交互软件。软件采用客户端－服务器端模式，iPad客户端通过socket于运行于windows平台下的showtime服务器端进行连接，服务器端传送节目播放画面给iPad，iPad能实时接收并显示；同时能发送播放控制命令给showtime服务器端。
