Application Description
The Shift Alerts helps doctors, nurses, and personal support workers keep track of patient related tasks while on duty. The app enables the caregiver to schedule reminders for patient interventions such as vitals, medication, and blood glucose checks. It also enables the user to create new custom interventions. The "Start Shift" and "End Shift" options turn alerts on and off between shifts, and all of the past alerts are conveniently stored in the History menu in the side panel. No patient information is stored on the device and the patients are also identified only by Room and Bed. This is a great app for clinicians to use to schedule reminders, interventions, and alerts all centered around the patient.
