You can manage your personal and official schedules on SharePoint on your iPhone with ShareCal. With this application, you can download schedules on Office 365 (SharePoint Online) calendar lists and view it locally even when you are not connected to Office 365. You can even sync your Office 365 schedules to the native iCal app.
ShareCal supports latest Office 365 based on SharePoint 2013 as well as SharePoint 2010 based SharePoint Online.
