ServiceFox helps businesses and customers work together!

At a ServiceFox-enabled shop, there is no lengthy check-in or forms to fill out. A customer simply walks in, tells the business what they are looking for, and then, within a couple of taps and the snap of a camera, both parties have a trackable ticket on their mobile devices, pre-populated with everyone's contact information and the work to be performed.

Once the customer leaves, the communication doesn't stop. ServiceFox will notify both parties as the ticket is updated, on either side, with changes in status to the work order, questions, comments or other important information.

In fact, ServiceFox allows you and your customers to exchange instant chat messages with each other, right inside the ticket, to enable faster resolution and more accurate completion of the work being performed.

ServiceFox's business interface is available on the iPad Mini and iPad 2, 3 or 4 and requires iOS 6 or later, a built-in camera, and Internet access.

Consumers can use ServiceFox on the iPhone 4 and higher, iPad 2 and higher, or iPad Mini. iOS 6 or later, a built-in camera, and internet access are also required.
