Application Description
One iPad plus this app, a total solution for promotion/message delivery with iBeacon technology.
Set up a Server for iBeacon, it will alert people nearby with Client for iBeacon app installed (even it's not running in foreground), present texts and images that Server contains.
A Server for iBeacon could be setup by retail store to promote new arrival or discount information, by stadium to deliver new anouncement when people pass by entrance, by teacher to transfer presentation materials to students in same classroom, or by a restaurant to introduce today's special, etc.
With iOS multipeer technology, data can be transfered between Server for iBeacon and Client for iBeacon without cost to user's cellular data plan!
With iBeacon technology from iOS 7 there is almost no addtional power drain to Client for iBeacon user's cell power.
But Server for iBeacon only works when it is in foreground, so plug with power supply in that iPad is highly recommended.
Note: End user will get alert only if there is new messages and the last alert was sent to him/her 30 minutes earlier.
