The incidence of sepsis is increasing and is the single most common cause of admission to general Intensive Care Units globally. The accurate diagnosis of severe sepsis and septic shock, and the subsequent use of the 'Sepsis 6’ management bundle, can help to reduce in hospital mortality. This free to use app has been designed to try to simplify the timely diagnosis and management of this potentially fatal disease.
