UPtick is a “flight simulator” for salespeople.  It gives the player the ability to practice skills in a safe, fun, life-like, risk-free environment to achieve an uptick in sales production. A variety of 3D virtual sales scenarios challenge the player in Prospecting, Rapport Building, and Discovery.  Tracking progress is easy with skill level attainment metrics, as well as predictive analytics about the player’s current proficiency level. After each scenario, a virtual coach provides encouragement and recommendations for future improvement that make personal development fun and engaging.
