Application Description
SecretPhotoMessage is the new simple yet revolutionary application that lets you hide a message inside a photo or a picture of your choice. The new image generated is almost identical to the original one and can be shared to other people appearing as a simple "harmless" image.
Only who knows that that picture may contain a secret message can recover its contents by pasting the image inside the application.
Step-by-step usage:

1) Pick an image of your choice from photo album or by taking a photo with onboard camera (for capable devices).
2) Write a secret message that will be hidden inside the picture.
3) Choose whatever protect the message with an additional secret question.
4) Copy the image to the clipboard to be used with any application you want (for example Mail) or post it directly to twitter using the embedded twitter client.
... If you found an image that you think can contain a secret message
1) Copy the image to the clipboard.
2) Open SecretPhotoMessage.
3) Paste the image and read the secret message. If the message is protected with a secret question you will have to answer it first.
How does it works?

SecretPhotoMessage hides data inside an image by modifying pixel colors with an algorithm that ensures that the new image appears almost identical to the original one. Using special markers, the same algorithm is able to detect if some data is hidden inside the image and recovers it properly.
To ensure additional security, the message can be encrypted by specifying a secret question-answer pair.

If the image is modified in any way the contained message will be unrecoverable. Operation such image cropping, scaling, re-saving (in jpeg format) will cause message loss.
WARNING: Saving image to photo album will cause message loss because it is automatically re-compressed.
