Seat Puzzle makes it fast and fun to create seating plans. The plan is easily updated as the RSVPs come back thanks to the Smart Shuffler technology which finds the best seating plan based on your seating rules. Use Seat Puzzle for weddings, banquets, baptisms, bar mitzvahs and communions.

Seat Puzzle uses the revolutionary Smart Shuffler technology to find the best seating plan based on your seating rules. You can group your guests according to their gender, their affiliation to the host, their preferred diet or any other property that you define. For each group you can specify where you want the Smart Shuffler to place the group members. The Smart Shuffler can also adjust the distance between guests and dates while honoring the specified group locations. The +GendAware add-on module automatically creates seating charts that honor the alternating gender policy while smart shuffling.
● GUESTS from CONTACTS & FACEBOOK ●
Add guests from your Contacts (address book), Facebook or manually. The guest's photo, gender, birthday, phone number and email are imported along with the name. Simply swipe to delete guests.
● ROUND and RECTANGULAR TABLES ●
Add round and rectangular tables. Place guests yourself or let Seat Puzzle take care of it. Guests can easily be swapped manually or shuffled using Seat Puzzle's Smart Shuffler.
● GROUP EMAILS ●
Define custom guest groups and send emails to all members of any group.
● COLOR GUESTS ●
Color your guests according to their gender, affiliation to the host, preferred diet or any other group property that you define. This allows you to see how your guests are distributed in the seating chart.
● GUEST GENDER & AGE ●
The gender and age are automatically imported when adding guests if available. Seat Puzzle can also guess the guest gender from the name.
● SAVE AS PDF & EMAIL ●
Save a snapshot of your seating chart at any time. Snapshots can be emailed as high resolution PDF files. You can use the PDF as is or as a template for your beautifully themed seating chart.
