scyte notes for iOS easily lets you take notes as text, pictures and audio records.
scyte notes is only using common file formats like .txt, .jpg and .wav, so your notes will not depend on any platform or provider. All notes will only be stored in your devices memory and will not be uploaded to any cloud storage. This way the availability of your notes is not depending on internet connectivity and you don't have to worry about security issues.
You can easily share your notes with others and send them as email attachments and you can also set up a time based or a location based reminder for each note.
