USE YOUR iPAD TO CREATE YOUR PATIENT ENCOUNTER NOTES!

With the ScrollaNote App and your iPad, you can now create patient encounter notes while seated comfortably in front of your patient.

Create the patient clinical encounter note and then convert it to a PDF file. In addition, record voice dictation WAV audio files.

For each patient encounter note, the care giver can record the Chief Complaint, History of Present Illness, Past History, Medications, Allergies, Family History, Social History, Review of Systems, Physical Exam, Chart Data, Labs, Treatment, Impression, and Plan.

SAVE TIME! Creation of patient encounter notes is accomplished quickly and easily using the carefully designed touch interface screens.

VOICE TO TEXT! On the new iPad 3, use the built-in voice-to-text feature to create your notes even quicker.

VOICE DICTATION! Record one or more voice dictation WAV audio files for each encounter note using the built-in iPad mic, or a third-party accessory mic. These WAV audio files can then be translated to text files using third-party audio file translation software.

NO INSANELY EXPENSIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS OR THIRD-PARTY PATIENT DATA STORAGE! All data is stored entirely on your iPad. The ScrollaNote App does not require any expensive subscriptions or storage of your sensitive patient data on third-party computers.

ICD9 CODES! When editing the Impression section of the encounter note, all impression items include the corresponding ICD9 codes.

CUSTOM TEMPLATES! This version of the ScrollaNote App includes custom templates for the Chest Pain, Abdominal Pain, Headache, and Nausea chief complaints. For all other types of chief complaint, a generic template is provided.

PASSCODE SECURITY! The ScrollaNote app includes a passcode locking feature. Using the passcode locking feature, sensitive patient note data can be guarded against unauthorized access. When used in combination with the iPad security features, two layers of security protect your sensitive patient note data.

Note: If the passcode is forgotten or misplaced, the ScrollaNote App on the iPad will have to be deleted and then reinstalled. This will result in the loss of all existing patient note data on the iPad.

IN-APP PATIENT NOTE PDF FILE VIEWING! At any time, the care giver has the option to view the note PDF file directly from within the ScrollaNote App or to create a note PDF file that can later be downloaded to a desktop computer using the iTunes file sharing software. Once on the desktop computer, the note PDF file may then be printed or stored in a medical database.

WIRELESS PRINTING! A note PDF file may be printed directly from your iPad using the new iPad AirPrint feature. Note: This feature requires access to a wireless printer.

Also using the iTunes file sharing software, the voice dictation WAV audio files may be downloaded to a desktop computer.

Note: To use iTunes file sharing, connect your iPad to your desktop computer. Launch iTunes on your desktop computer. Select your connected iPad on the left side of the iTunes screen. Scroll down in iTunes until you see the File Sharing section. Select ScrollaNote. Select the note PDF files and / or voice dictation WAV audio files you would like to download from the iPad to your desktop computer. Click the Save To ... button. Select the folder you would like to save the files to on your desktop computer. Finally, click OK.
