Screen Bling lets you customize your device by giving you an assortment of custom backgrounds, including icon skins, app shelves, home screens, and world flags. This includes flags from countries where the App store is available. Let us know if you don’t see your country’s flag.
Scroll thru the images and once you find one you like, you can instantly preview how it will look as your home screen with icons by tapping “spring board”, or preview how it will look as your lock screen by tapping “lock screen”. Then you can save the image to your device and place it as your background wallpaper.
