Application Description
The Academy of Science’s Questions and Answers series aims to empower Australians with the facts for important and topical areas of science, by addressing confusion arising from contradictory and inaccurate information.
The Academy’s The Science of Immunisation: Questions and Answers was launched in November 2012, and has been downloaded from the Academy’s website more than 1.2 million times, and widely distributed in booklet form to health and consumer groups.
The Science of Climate Change: Questions and Answers was launched in 2010 and has also been downloaded more than 800 000 times. An updated edition will be released in 2014.
More Questions and Answers, about other important and topical areas, are under development and will be released in this app, and in web and hard copy formats, as they are launched.
