“School Diary”, powered by Zoment, facilitates parent – school communication.

School Diary provides parents and schools, both mobile app and web interface, to communicate with each other. Communication between a parent & school admin is private and secure and is not visible to any other parent/user.

Messages can be text, pictures or voice messages. So school can now share classroom activity pictures, audio of child singing & important announcements with parents instantly on their phone.

Schools can also leverage Zoment’s scheduling platform to send pre-composed messages to parent. They can just select schedule for every message and those messages will be delivered at their scheduled time to the selected parents.

Every individual school branch is given access to –
a.Create & maintain user accounts for parents for its students.
b.Chat with parents.
c.Send real time messages to parents.
d.Send time & location scheduled messages to parents.
e.Receive & view communication back from parents.

Every registered parent will be given access to –
a.Chat with school admin/teachers.
b.Send text, voice, picture messages to school admin/teachers.
c.View existing messages and reply to those.
d.View to see that the messages are delivered and seen.
e.Receive & view communication back from school admin/teachers.
