UME Admin is a convenient App for your iPad / iPhone and iPod Touch to read users, groups and roles from SAP User Management Engine (UME).

The following features are supported:
- View users, groups and roles online and offline
- Navigate through the relations between users, groups and roles
- Send Email to users
- Add users as contacts
- Contact us directly from inside the app if you have questions or suggestions

Usage details:

In order to be able to use this app you need access to an SAP system with Java stack and the UMWebService with version 6.3.20041116. To check the compatibility of your system, go to the url

'http://[server]:[port]/irj/servlet/prt/soap/UMWebService?style=rpc_enc'

for your system and check what version of the service is installed on your system. If this link should not be valid for your system, the web service is not supported, then you sadly cannot use this app on this specific system. If you have entered your credentials correctly and the service is available in the correct version but you get an error anyway, the security policy on the server might restrict you from accessing UME data.

Currently access only is provided via http and NOT via https. You should be careful enough to access UME information only in secure and trusted networks to protect potentially sensitive data from exposure. Access via https will be supported in future releases.
